Likes

Good experience on the current project and good exposure to work on different approaches in current project. Management are helpful and people are friendly as well

Dislikes

it's difficult to move into another technical team and working hours needs to be stretched due to learn team size

Work Details

Work life is little hectic as I have to stretch beyond working hours due to the lean time size .

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
