Company salary culture is very good on time for FTc employee.Company's moto for public is very good. Only works for 20% on purchase which is a very good idea. They don't work on MRP.

Dislikes

Dislike is Politics and company don't care for lower level employees. Don't listen to them ,don't take their feedback for good working. Only deputy manager level persons kept regular. In any case no action taken on them. They should be on FTc only .

Worst place to work. They utilise the temporary employees in every way they can.

Worst place to work. Female employees face harassment, belittling, and emotional torture from colleagues and superiors. Constant stress, verbal abuse, and unrealistic expectations lead to severe mental health issues. I am regret to share my disappointment experience with Hll Lifecare limited Sarangpur Chandigarh, supplier of medicines to Amrit pharmacy pgimer where the lack of proper guidance and care for employee was evident. Despite submitting my resignation with full respect to Mr Bikram jit Singh (incharge) callously glanced at it and then threw it into a drawer without providing any guidance about resignation process they even not forward my resignation mail to required persons. Furthermore, I was deeply troubled by deduction from my salary which was reportedly due to delays caused by management’s failure to act .how many time I called and message t&m they asked me to do the same process again and again and after sometime they , all of them stopped to answer my call. Mr. Bikram who claim himself incharge of CFA even not pick my call. I left the office on 21 march after serving my notice period. I was waiting till now but at the end I left with not any other options. I give my 100% during my working period here with honesty. I will suggest HLL as a loyal, honest, hardworking employee to think many times before handover your tender to anybody. Nobody wants to work there. employees are resigning one by one....Read More
