Manager (Public Health Projects)

• PROJECT MANAGEMENT:

• Lead and manage public health research projects, including the menstrual cup projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively.
• Lead and manage the implementation of CSR, Government, Institutional, Consultancy projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

• STAKEHOLDER COORDINATION:
• Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including community organizations, government bodies, and corporate partners.

• RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT:
• Conduct thorough research to identify social and public health issues, Challenges during implementation and develop innovative projects to address these challenges.
• Develop and implement research methodologies to assess the impact of public health interventions, with a focus on menstrual hygiene management and menstrual cup.
• Oversee data collection processes, ensuring accuracy and reliability, and analyze data to draw meaningful insights and conclusions.
• Ensure all research activities comply with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements.

• MONITORING AND EVALUATION:
• Establish metrics and frameworks to monitor the progress and impact of CSR projects, ensuring they meet predefined goals and deliverables

• BUDGET MANAGEMENT:
• Oversee project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization of resources.
• COMPLIANCE AND REPORTING:
• Ensure all projects comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare detailed reports for senior management and stakeholders.

• CAPACITY BUILDING
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate participants and stakeholders on health-related topics and interventions.
• Provide medical guidance and support to project staff and participants, addressing any health-related concerns or questions.
• Provide training and support to project staff and community partners to enhance their research skills and knowledge.
• Conduct knowledge sharing programs to project staffs with public health experts to enhance their knowledge regarding innovations in public health, menstrual hygiene.

• COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT:
• Foster relationships with community members and beneficiaries to understand their needs and ensure that projects are beneficial and sustainable.

• PUBLIC RELATIONS AND COMMUNICATION:
• Develop communication strategies to promote CSR initiatives and highlight the organization's commitment to social development.
• Advocate for public health initiatives and promote awareness about menstrual hygiene and other related issues through various communication channels.

• ADVOCACY AND AWARENESS:
• Advocate for public health initiatives and promote awareness through various communication channels.
• Represent the projects at conferences, seminars, and public forums to share insights and learnings.

Maximum Age : 40 years as on 01.11.2024

Scale of Pay (For Regular appointment): Rs. 50000 - 160000/-

Annual CTC: Rs.14.75 Lakhs (Non-Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale.

Qualification:

Essential : 1. MBBS / BDS / BAMS / BHMA with Masters in Public Health (MPH)

Desirable : Certification or coursework in public health from recognized organizations such as WHO / UNICEF / Other internationally recognized organizations

Post Qualification Experience

Essential:

• Minimum 3 years experience in managing public health projects in the areas of tribal health initiatives / menstrual hygiene / Mcup projects etc.
• Proven experience in conducting public health research.
• Experience in creating and delivering public health educational programs and workshops, tailored to diverse audiences and communities.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with government health agencies, NGOs and public sector units (PSUs) to implement and support public health initiatives.
• Atleast 3 publications in reputed public health journals.

Desirable :

• Proficiency in data analysis and using statistical software.
• Familiarity with global guidelines related to menstrual health and hygiene
