Worst place to work. They utilise the temporary employees in every way they can.

Dislikes

Worst place to work. Female employees face harassment, belittling, and emotional torture from colleagues and superiors. Constant stress, verbal abuse, and unrealistic expectations lead to severe mental health issues. Poor management and lack of leadership - No career growth or development opportunities - Unprofessional and irresponsible HR department having culture less behavior - Favoritism and discrimination - Unclean and unhealthy workspaces...Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
