1. It's supposed to be a company, but they run it as a grocery shop, and the proprietor micromanages everything!! 2. The higher level management and the HR department are just puppets! 3. Zero support in terms of Lead generation and the Business managers are expected to bring in Leads for Franchisee Expansion by visiting Jewellers stores and stores of other brands. 4. People joining on a full time salary model are constantly threatened by the proprietor himself to move to the incentive model. 5. Morning meetings run for 2 hours unnecessarily and are run & managed by mid-level individuals who have zero idea about Franchisee expansion. 6. Highly experienced individuals are expected to work like sales executives and have zero respect and no scope of any new learning! 7. One can be hired from any location and asked to relocate anywhere mindlessly. 8. They should change thier work culture and they do tht what they commit while people are joining...people are arrogant and feel like they are something ...no govt holiday no time fix all time only team meetings and meeting ..no any other work to do...I can say in one line not organised at all...it's a like local company with full of uneducated people inside the offc

B2b haven't any fix work time . Unnecessary workload cad team , everyday work 1 to 2 hours extra that haven't pay to you overtime । Parformence bonus hold 30% every month and pay after one year.
