Nothing for like, this is a disgusting company to work with. They treat their employees like labours and insists them to work for 12-14 hours a day without weekoff.

Dislikes

All things are not worthy, except salary. They provide reasonable salary other than that no things to appreciate. Pls don’t work for this company if you want to live your life.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
