During my tenure as a Legal Manager – Investigation and Security for the Karnataka region, I observed significant challenges within the role. The position lacks job security and is often impacted by unprofessional practices, which can hinder career growth and stability.

Salary Hikes are decent as compare to other MNC's. They offers a good skill development programs. But, one may find the difficulties in completing the self initiatives program due to issues with work life balance, one hardly able to complete anything.
