Salary Hikes are decent as compare to other MNC's. They offers a good skill development programs. But, one may find the difficulties in completing the self initiatives program due to issues with work life balance, one hardly able to complete anything.

Dislikes

Work Satisfaction: They're in the transform mode by looking at the competitors. So, they're unable to forecast the picture what they exactly need.

Managers are not that great they would always be discriminate staff who work directly with them & in different location. How ever & whatever we do they try to find mistakes, they don't recognize the right people at right time, but a small mistake will be projected HIGH.
