No proper management, No proper hierarchy, no work life balance. They will made you work for 14-16 hours, Even freshers are make to work like 16 hours. No new technologies used. HR will not listen to you, they will say like this is not in my hands. My advice is do not join the company. Originally company is prizm payment services, later acquired by Hitachi, do not fall for name. Your superiors will put too much pressure on you as there is no hierarchy in this company. Fresher software engineer is reporting to VP for project. Frehsers are made to attend the meeting for project where vp level memers are present and they will do blame game on freshers for delay in project release. Code developed by developer is not tested as there is no testing team present. Code developed by fresher developer will directly deployed to production and when a issue if found on production then they will blame you and made you to solve the issue and make you to sit over night. Almost Negligible increments. No bonus, no gifts or appreciation on festivals. There is no culture to motivate employees through team activites, dinner, party and all. Poor infrastructure. The budget is low that employee hardly get basic things like mouse, headphones, etc. Company forces employees to work from office, they are not concern of the output and efficiency just want their employees to come to office everyday.
