Daily New challenges in field to manage customers and work. Teammates are supportive. No appraisal, salary hike and bonus received for this year due to Covid pandemic. While we all are working as Same as before pandemic.
Dislikes
Career growth is slow. Salary is not as expected as work. Salary hike is Nil. Bonus not received. Account department detects clear travel claim and DA.
Work Details
The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as teammates are very supportive. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
