I had spent good time here but again when the management and depends on your manager for hike related things. I loved my work and I stayed without a decent hike.. Hi Guys, I'd like to share my experiences while working in HiPower. I am gonna put it pointwise: 1. Teammates - During the 2 weeks training, my teammates were awesome. Some of them are still very good friends of mine. After I hit the floor, I was on different teams and got good friends there too. Company's atmosphere is free to make friends. 2. Training - Training will be rigorous so that you can work effectively once you hit the floor, however, you will get enough time for breaks and yes, be ready for many games and activities which will be for your stress reducing. 3. Travelling - Company provides cab up to 25 Kms both pick and drop. 4. Food - The best part is food because it is FREE!!! You will have a variety of dishes to eat and yes, special dishes on special occasions. Mine favourite was BUTTER MILK!!! 5. Incentives - Very nice incentives and many rewards and recognition based on your performance. 6. Career Growth - You will get chances to grab promotions and go through IJP.

Friends, you may come across a situation where you may not be told about something. So, be ready for surprises and yes, do work hard to know more about the process and product. Well Done!!!

The company is a great place to work. The management team for the project I was wirking for were really helpful. My team mates were the best. Career growth is vast in the company. Tye management recognises your work and rewards you accordingly.

I have always worked in night shifts as it suits me the best. There are no cons or dislikes as such.
