Co. Is good and its all about us how we seek co. In which way. Like every co. U have to make your position u have to prove yourself by your own. Dont have any expectation from any one work individually will take you to the long journey. If you can manage it without any support and you have the skills to bear pressure of high salestarget and parameters only than join the co. For Growth you need to passed out from IIM bcoz here growth is very slow and same the compensation bcoz until unless you dont get promotion its useless to expect any thing from the co....Read More

No trainning session is conducted. No increment in TA DA. Salary increase on the basis of basic salary and the parameter acheived. Dont have high expectation of salary increment hardly 2k to 2.5k per month increment if you got the score of 4 other wise less than 2k per month....Read More
