No salary hike , even after company earns good profit , they have decided not to do apprisal for employees , normal working hours will be 12 hrs . Once you will join you will come to know how this slavery system works , they will tell you we cannot give you salary hike every year and you have get this much hike due to our mercy , you don't deserve it . No personal life , hr and admin is horrible , you will not get vechile if you have medical emergency .
