The Unit leaders are purely dominated by Sr Leaders and follow their own ego policy . The promotions and increments are purely person basis not performance basis , only system are their to show . Ego of leaders are too much and there is no equilibrium amongst the employees . They make groups of employees to run the site. There is noempathy towards the employees . Top management is recruiting a few candidates from outside who neither have loyalty not have ethics. Even top leaders are resigning m number times and increasing their packages and also promoting few old guys to be at top who have target to expel employees on no reason or very silly reasons.

Eternia windows from Hindalco is a very poor work culture organization headed by a poor experienced CEO and unprofessional VP. They will hire showing big but once employed it is a nightmare. Hire and fire is the policy. Situations are made for new employees to resign like not inviting for meetings, shifting to low potential profiles, start micromanaging things and so on. Further HR will not confirm you. So either get terminated or resign....Read More
