Eternia windows from Hindalco is a very poor work culture organization headed by a poor experienced CEO and unprofessional VP. They will hire showing big but once employed it is a nightmare. Hire and fire is the policy. Situations are made for new employees to resign like not inviting for meetings, shifting to low potential profiles, start micromanaging things and so on.
