One of your HR Manager Mr. Shivam Bhatia has applied in our company for HR Manager post and we have booked flight tickets to & from for face to face interview. He later cheated us by saying he has missed the flight and later stopped picking up our calls. We have incur losses due his fraudulent act. Either he would have said no in the beginning itself or before 2hr of departure. Hindalco ..Beware of such employees...content of mail is as below. Dear Shivam, We were expecting you for the interview that was scheduled for today 27th March, 2023 and we have also booked flight tickets for you. We were surprised to find that you didn't show up for the interview despite confirming your attendance. Moreover, we found your excuse to be unreasonable. We understand that things can come up unexpectedly, but we expected you to have courtesy to call us back after you promised to do so. Your unprofessional conduct has put us off and we don't think this kind of attitude we would like to have in our team. We regret to inform you that we are unable to consider your candidature further and we are thankful that we have not recruited someone like you who shows such irresponsible behaviour. The Unit leaders are purely dominated by Sr Leaders and follow their own ego policy . The promotions and increments are purely person basis not performance basis , only system are their to show . Ego of leaders are too much and there is no equilibrium amongst the employees . They make groups of employees to run the site. There is noempathy towards the employees . Top management is recruiting a few candidates from outside who neither have loyalty not have ethics. Even top leaders are resigning m number times and increasing their packages and also promoting few old guys to be at top who have target to expel employees on no reason or very silly reasons.
