One year wokring in mumbai branch ,got to learn lot of things ,working culture was amazing,seniors were supporting,but i got exposure to work with nasik plant which was horrible ,work life balance is zero,nothing to learn about n culture is horrible.

No such likes except job security that also for employees who want to stay at one company. Work was complete core electrical for M.Tech guys for Ac-dc converter control and traction motor control.

Dislikes

Salary was on the lower side. Discrimination in salary between iit and iisc and non iit professionals. Company culture is poor. The canteen for professionals looks like a labour canteen. You need permission and signs to go out if you have some work between office hours..utter shit, policy looks like a school thing.

Nothing. Worst Company with very old working styles. No thoughts towards employees. The management may be good but the people managing the employees are old old people who are still using pen and paper in this digital age.

Dislikes

Even if you highlight some negative thing, nothing will change. They expect you to be available at whims and fancies of the boss. Always telling to work on weekends and after office hours. Office politics always. Leaving office on time even when no work is there here feels like a crime.

Alot of thing that don't like example :- they will not share CTC Annexure with offer letter. The salary which you were offered at the time of hiring will not the same at the time of joining that will be less. No one will talk about that. Benefits which are getting in other region will not get in Eastern Region.
