No such likes except job security that also for employees who want to stay at one company. Work was complete core electrical for M.Tech guys for Ac-dc converter control and traction motor control.

Dislikes

Salary was on the lower side. Discrimination in salary between iit and iisc and non iit professionals. Company culture is poor. The canteen for professionals looks like a labour canteen. You need permission and signs to go out if you have some work between office hours..utter shit, policy looks like a school thing.

Since the lockdown started we the employees of hind rectifiers ltd were pleased to stay safe and work from home .Although the situation is so tough this year our CEO decided to no pay cut .
