Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Company has good name and fame in Hassan city,but the working culture is not good because of the shifts,there is no limited timings, sometimes 12 hrs,16 hrs it will take,there is no guarantee for our job, management also take some irritating decision sometimes.. Marriage womens face this issues sometimes.

Worst Management & Corporate politics. 24/7 working even in National Holidays& RH Smartphone not allowed & outside food not allowed inside premises & canteen food is pathetic and drinking Water facility is terrific. North South Partiality. Least Salary Increment in industry 0-3% for top performers. Delay in salary. Overtime for workers from 12-16 hrs.
