Dislikes

Poor work culture. Poor HR. HR gets all the salary and raise while others are getting pay cuts. Only people who put down papers get the hike (only if the management wants them to stay). Biased organisation. Lots of politics.

Terrible Experience with Himatsingka – Stay Away! I had one of the worst experiences with Himatsingka, and I feel the need to warn others. The company provided zero support during my relocation to Bangalore. As a new employee, I expected at least basic guidance from HR regarding accommodation or settling in, but they were completelyunresponsive and useless. I had to manage everything on my own, including all travel and hotel expenses from my pocket. To make things worse, the accounts team later informed me that only my travel expenses would be reimbursed this month. No compensation for accommodation, no concern for the financial burden placed on employees. Because of this mess, I was forced to resign immediately from my previous company, which meant I didn't even get my last salary. Now, I’m left in a terrible financial situation while still having family responsibilities to handle. Himatsingka doesn’t care about its employees. They expect you to adjust without any help and offer no support whatsoever. If you’re considering joining them, think twice unless you’re ready to suffer through their incompetence and lack of responsibility.
