Dislikes

Hierarchical. If you don't come from commercial, revenue or hotels, your career is basically dead. Senior leadership is very tone deaf, old, white and disconnected from the rest of corporate employees. They play lip service to culture, but they are there to keep the status quo and their cushy exec packages. It is a dinosaur or a company with tech systems that are so old that you are still managing invoices through EXCEL. They always have cash flow issues so they never pay their vendors on time. Moving up is all about sucking up to the right person so terrible managers and executives are in charge of other people and it hurts morale in their teams and extended teams....Read More
