Globally Hilti is very good company. Asia Pacific region management is very much aligned with global policy and process but Indian Management is working completely as per their discretion bypassing Asia Pacific Management. Focusing on their personal KPI only

Dislikes

National Head credit and collection and AR controller is very much biased. They have made their own lobby and want tthe team to clap for them. No planning for non lobby team members. Promotes only lobby wala team members.

No work-life balance Work culture is very stressful Mental and physical health cant be stable while working No job security No job satisfaction "Hire and Fire" tendency is always ongoing as they are thinking they are growing this way. Their communication style is often abrupt and dismissible. The HR/Management should treat all the employees equally not only the Team leaders are the assets.

HIlti is awesome, barring a few people. The company runs on well established processes with minimum intervention of other people and very low chances of politics at job place.

Other benifits apart from salary's are less such as bonus, etc. Also there is no free lunch for employees and there is no cab facility availaible from company side.

Favouritism in promotions, deserving candidates does not get the opportunity. Old people on management positions does not want to leave the job cz they wont get a job anywhere else limiting new talent to grow.

1. HILTI (HILTI Technology Solutions India Pvt. Ltd.) is a company very good. 2. It provides most of employees to travel to HQ (Liechtenstein - Schaan). 3. European colleagues are nice.

1. Indian management needs little improvement, should avoid favouritism. 2. Not much scope to grow as in IT it's not a big company so you have to stick with single product as long as you enjoy and company is happy.. everything is good.
