Hectic and sometimes unreasonably very demanding. Only good thing is you learn alot when you start, however the learning curve plateaus very soon.

The products are good (but it's not a good place to be, one should wait for better opportunities)

The culture is very poor, with inexperienced POD leads who lack leadership qualities and often resort to micromanagement (Most of them started as interns and lack experience in managing more seasoned employees.) .No appreciation for even the best players who overdeliver. One must praise people every day to get by. The teams' opinions are not taken into account before making any big decision.

The people there are really nice. You are more likely to have friends in your team. If someone is interested in Java this company will be a great learning space.

When I was interning in the company the higher management was really bad they did not have the idea of how different the roles of someone working in analytics and someone working in full stack java is. In my batch there were high number of interns picked up and trained in a department the company found them suitable in eg. Machine Learning, Analytics, Automation etc after a 3 month unpaid internship. Later they rolled out PPOs during the course of the 13 month paid internship and after getting converted to full time employees people majority of the people were switched to the roles of Full Stack developer after working in Machine Learning, Analytics for a year and being offered a PPO for their work in the previous department. Later in the probation period quite a few people are asked to resigned due to performance issues, and again after three months people were put in PIP and asked to resign majority of these people were from Machine Learning and Non Java background and were unable to learn java and had to pull around an average of 10-11 working hours near the deadline in order to deliver their task...Read More

Worst company .even management are not supportive ..this company believe in hire n fire policy..Managers are there to spoil the someone career..within 4 months they fired .even I changed my location and was dreaming about the job will be secure here ..but it was not like that
