In India, there tends to be a closer relationship between senior management and HR, which can sometimes lead to a lack of support for junior employees facing challenges. Favoritism appears to influence decisions, often disregarding the contributions of hardworking individuals. Colleagues are great. Everyone is stuck in the same boat and understand the pain of working in a toxic environment. Growth is good in terms of designation and salary

Zero processes and policies in place to understand the employee concerns and day to day challenges faced in projects. Too much infighting and mud slinging. No clear path for people to actually learn about the domain.
