Highradius is a very bad place to work at. Internal politics is too much. Directors are managers. Managers are micro managers. Nobody has clarity over their roles and responsibility. Whole tech department is always playing blame games. There is no professionalism. People gossip about each other. HR is pretty helpless. They have no control over anything. People get randomly fired, stating "high performance culture". All the core values are just a hoax to justify any bad actions they take. Senior management does not have any vision. Every quarter they come up with a new set of requirements which have nothing to do with the last set of requirements. People are always overworked, underpaid. Sales team will sell anything even if the feature is not supported, not part of the roadmap and yet somehow these contracts are signed and moved further for implementation. And then engineering team is forced to deliver a buggy code before go live of the Product. And if the product gets churned at implementation time, developers are held solely responsible and let go. There is absolute unequal distribution of work. And at the time of appraisal they will keep saying they don't have the budget to give good hikes. Directors are paid a lot as compared to what they have to offer. Each team has 3-4 Directors, no middle layer, and then freshers. Code practices are legacy. A lot of resistance in changing anything to new framework. And by mistake if you point out the work load is too much, they will say its a rollercoaster....Read More
