The compensation is good and that is one of their selling points to hire

Dislikes

They talk about hiring A players - They have to do some homework- The Organisation should be an A Player in the market They just layoff people and spoil their future /career - They pay good way above the market standards and people feel that challenge to get a job in the market as they are above the market standards- My sincere advice to everyone if someone is looking for a job Keep the last option to join Highradius- Rather join a listed company with a reasonable salary...Read More

I heard such toxic stories from the HR teams that it’s a surprise that the people are still sticking around. If i has my references join and leave on a week, I would have resigned by now. Some ppl are just shameless. Thick skinned.
