In a short term, because of the pressure, you might learn a-lot in a very short interval. But be careful as mental and physical health are important as well. The environment there is always in pressure.

HR team hold the power to manage the whole organisation, however here the HR team constitute of gossip queens who instead of listening to the problems and handling the situation professionally, primarily focuses on events and fun. Hence the sales and marketing prg lacks professionalism and there's too much of micro management.. Not proper utilisation of stills. Average hike was 5-7% in sales/marketing, even if you are having a very low CTC. Management not that good....Read More

Colleagues are great. Everyone is stuck in the same boat and understand the pain of working in a toxic environment. Growth is good in terms of designation and salary

Dislikes

Zero processes and policies in place to understand the employee concerns and day to day challenges faced in projects. Too much infighting and mud slinging. No clear path for people to actually learn about the domain.

There is nothing to like apart from the occasional parties they throw to attract young college students.

Everything. If you will join this organisation you will learn how to manage office politics and buttering only. Recently they have asked their Strategy and Operations team to write down a documents called Opera in their org, to their CEO on why do you deserve to be in HighRadius. Pitiful place.

The CEO and CPO are friends from their college time and the company only runs as per their own rules and thinking, and for that they can fire anyone who are not there puppet. There is a noticeable difference in management styles between the USA and India. In India, there tends to be a closer relationship between senior management and HR, which can sometimes lead to a lack of support for junior employees facing challenges. Favoritism appears to influence decisions, often disregarding the contributions of hardworking individuals. To improve this, management should implement more robust and accurate KPIs that would enhance employee morale rather than cause frustration....Read More
