Scientists and guides are very interactive and supportive. A lot of state-of-the-art and modern machinery is present along with conventional machining techniques too. No requirement of going to the DRDO Centre daily. Cheap-costed Lunch but good quality

Good work environment. Teammates are supportive and the management is good. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair but give very small salary hike. Bonus should be given every year on time.

Salary should be good as the employee is working explosive materials. Career growth is slow almost not for contract employees.
