i have worked here 5.5 years and working culture really good and All the senior is really supportive. Best place to work and grow your career. you get best exposure.Hb believe in rewards , recognition of the right talent. Love the environment and the way managers are groomed here. i like all the activity and specially Cricket Tournament.

They always ask you to sign a bond. Which is out of law. If you don't give any training on any technology then for their concerns they will ask to sign a bond which is really bad.

1. 7 days working and 24/7 working. 2. No time management. 3. Managers and leaders are useless they don't have transparency on requirements. 4. Experienced people should not apply because their experienced people leave the organization within 1 week due to bad policy and politics and they do not give respect to seniors. 5. They havea 3.6-year service agreement and they collect 1 lakh cheques and the 10th and 12th mark sheets also you breached the agreement your salary was not paid and demanded a lakh amount also they have no projects only time passing. 6.No learning and no job security....Read More

there is nothing to like. They force use to do give high rating in ambitionbox -> Work pressure -> false commitment -> extended daily basis 3-4 hour ( i did daily 11-13 hours for work) -> senior are useless -> They will take your original 10 -12 marksheet and than demand for money when you leave ( in lakh , i gave them 3.5 lakh due to not to involve in any police case) -> they will blackmail you

It is good place for freshers to learn.leave policy is good, you will get all your leave balance at start of year.

Not for experience person , very long working hour , office hours are 9 hour , if you need to take lunch or break it will be excluded.
