Many things to learn for freshers & seniors are very supportive. Don't have too much work pressure. Free to work. Sports are available. Many facilities are there.

Processional growth is very low ,interaction with employees and HR is very less. Lobby culture is very helpful for few employees . Managers are very biased promotions are not depending on your work and results if you have good links with upper management Then only you get the same

No fair selections for promotions, upper management selected only non-people for promotions, it should be fair and equal to everyone
