Nepotism is rotting this company from inside. Micro-management has reached dystopian levels; face recoginition entry, per day effort tracking, and automatic abscences for minor attendance discrepancies. Big Brother is watching, but only for the outsiders. Non-technical people hold senior technical positions, delivering lectures on development without ever having written a single line of code. HR is nothing more than a decorative prop, powerless and complicit[Nothing new] . The entire company is a family business disguised as a corporate entitiy, ousiders have zero job security while nepotism hires enjoys a 200% safety net. When the so called "highly technical" nepo kids fail, they don't get fired - you do. Salary delays are a norm, not an exception. Never on time, never predictable. Development practices are Non-exitstent, No coding standard, no structure; just a reckless push to "get things done at any cost" Code quality is the worst you'll see, riddle with memory leaks and technical debt that nobody cares to fix. Everything is to be dislike in HFCL . 1. HR works un systematic . 2. Irresponsible and incapable person sitting on higher position. 3. Without any reason HR fire employee. 4. No upraisal. 5. No job security, suddenly fire employee without any reason. 6. Working culture is very worst.

Processional growth is very low ,interaction with employees and HR is very less. Lobby culture is very helpful for few employees . Managers are very biased promotions are not depending on your work and results if you have good links with upper management Then only you get the same

No fair selections for promotions, upper management selected only non-people for promotions, it should be fair and equal to everyone

Manager and HR department are very bad they don’t know how to behave junior.They are not working properly and we have any problems they are never solve and salary main problems is salary.We are never get our salary proper date we are salary received middle of month 45 days work then the hr give our salary
