Very worst company in my work life

No work life Just hiring and firing And not providing after surgery service now lot off patient is suffering from surgery

One of the best thing about Hexahealth is, if you have a problem/issue even the core members of the company will dedicatedly help you through the solution. I believe this way the journey of solution will be worked upon.

Dislikes

It's not about dislike but a suggestion that there should be more outings or outdoor sports involved.

Very good organization Get chance to work independently, and company work culture is superb. While working here you can maintain work life balance. Management is very helpful, and you get appraisal as per performance.

I worked in Digital Marketing department in this company and I will not recommend anyone to join here at any cost. - 6 days working & poor work life balance - Zero job security and they will ask you to leave without any notice. - You will experience very toxic culture and very little to no learning. - There is very high level of politics between the Sales and the marketing team & the one who works sincerely here is made scapegoat. - Hiring & firing - In my tenure for 3 months in this company, I have seen 3 people terminated including me in this department. The three cofounders balance each other out very well. Ankur under whom I was reporting was very calm and open to suggestions atleast in my experience. Another manager, Vishesh was also very calm and fair. Except for my team, most of the managers were of good nature.

Dislikes

There is no job security at all, they might kick you out the very next day if they find you are not of much use to them. During my tenure, a few senior positions were occupied by unworthy people just because they were close to the senior management. Such unworthy people were too egoistic and used to create a highly toxic work environment for juniors.

Not recommended as there is no work life balance. You have to show 9 hour shift but you have to sit full-fledged for 2 hour from home also which is not on record anywhere.

I've even did shift of 13.5 hour per day on sundays.

It's really a terrible experience to work here. No learning No work-life balance. Not recommended for anyone who wants to join for growth and learning.
