When I joined company I thought I will work with bottom of my heart and take promotion. I have worked hard and given 100% Achievement but as individual not acceptable.delhi Was regrowing. Many culprits people's worked taken Salary and left company.

Dislikes

I didn't know about the hexagon Nutrition Pvt Ltd when I joined this company.after 3 months gone then i came to know about hexagon culture.company management is so poor.Salary& expenses are not on time. Even LBL,sample, literatures are not on time so no support for doctor's.E Ben company sold expired goods.distributors not get their credit note on time.

Work Details

I came from gud repo company Mead Johnson Nutrition.i seen the mgmt level in that company but here nothing has to be seen.company not understand the employee problems.

Hexagon have excellen work life balance. and working there like a living with family. eveny one enjoyed there work. and Team spirit is execellent.

Dislikes

Hexagon need to more focus on knowledge enhencment of employees by way of regular internal or external training, seminars etc.

You can develop multitasking abilities because management expect employees to perform multiple tasks.

Dislikes

Lot of Politics and favouritism, no job security and no work life balance. Less salary..and perks.. No appreciations, awards, rewards to Peoples who are genuine performance. Peoples who are close to management get promotions.

1. The products are good and they do have good efficacy and stability 2. The market acceptance is good 3. My ABM and RBM were friendly

1. Upper management especially Dr. Nikhil Kelkar's (M.D./Owner's son) policies are outdated, hostile and company is a miser. 2. They do not provide any accomodation, ticket when one travels during Company meetings. You have to bear by your own. 3. Company has enabled GPS reporting / or tracking employees whether they are working efficiently and want various reports on time but will not approve any activity on time.
