Dislikes

Not so good work environment. You can engage in politics or be a victim to that. Teammates are supportive but I feel pity for them to work for a company that doesn't care about the downline employees, their financial state and respecting their hardwork. Appraisals are meaningless as grades will be changed by professional HR's beforeincrements. Think twice before attending interview in here, you'll never get to learn things and grow once you join.
