Job Security is good. During lock down no lay off has taken place. They deducted the salary during lockdown but afterwards reimbursed by way of Arrears. Lot of Politics and favouritism, no job security and no work life balance. Less salary..and perks.. No appreciations, awards, rewards to Peoples who are genuine performance. Peoples who are close to management get promotions.

1. Upper management especially Dr. Nikhil Kelkar's (M.D./Owner's son) policies are outdated, hostile and company is a miser. 2. They do not provide any accomodation, ticket when one travels during Company meetings. You have to bear by your own. 3. Company has enabled GPS reporting / or tracking employees whether they are working efficiently and want various reports on time but will not approve any activity on time.
