I have been working here almost 5 year and this is the place to began the Career growth & Self development. They gave the opportunity to become one of the share holder in this company.

Dislikes

The only drawback according to me even we are giving good performance also appraisal is not as per expectation.

Work Details

I have been doing the challenging job as handling the accounts and finance. Superiors has been supporting very well. Hexagon has been developing rapidly as they opened the company in overseas also, now we can say we are working in MNC.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
