Worst work environment and culture. Politics can be learnt if you're an Hexagonian and you can be able to sustain a political party but sadly you can't be Hexagon as there are masters present than you. Teammates are always suspect ful and do back work instead of work on KRA. They call something as appraisals and HR get that done to complete their goals by changing grades of those high rated and reduce the incremental %. Lot of Politics and favouritism, no job security and no work life balance. Less salary..and perks.. No appreciations, awards, rewards to Peoples who are genuine performance. Peoples who are close to management get promotions.

1. Upper management especially Dr. Nikhil Kelkar's (M.D./Owner's son) policies are outdated, hostile and company is a miser. 2. They do not provide any accomodation, ticket when one travels during Company meetings. You have to bear by your own. 3. Company has enabled GPS reporting / or tracking employees whether they are working efficiently and want various reports on time but will not approve any activity on time.
