5 years ago, the work culture in the R&D was excellent. Now so many hierarchy level, multiple reporting structure. Senior VP, AVP level candidates always try to suppress his subordinates. No promotion, no good increment, weekly 6 days, lot of manipulations

Work Details

Not happy. Here Sr. VP and Management always try to remove employee, no clarify why they are recruiting and removing employees

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
