Nothing is good in hetero labs limited i am currently working here everything is bad. But as a freshers you can learn operator work here

No difference between operator and officers here after b.pharma graduation the freshers one go and clean the container machine parts and clean the area . They gave us jr. Officer as a designation but they want from us to work as a casual . For b pharma freshers this company is terrible no difference between casual and b pharm freshers.

Good for Shoe lickers. Everything will be good untill you expect anything from company. Job security is good

Poor work culture. HR policies are always in favour of management. HR always looks for the opportunity to deduct your salary. Salary hikes and promotions are not good, Leave policies are average. Attrition rate is high. Admin fecilities are pathetic. No benifits other then your compensation.

I would like to inform that I have successfully completed 6 years journey with Hetero family members. Thank you so much for great journey..from last 9 months suffer from change of management decisions..it's may be good ..but most of employees are not satisfied..I am extremely sorry for this statement.. finally thank you so much for hetero family members for giving this opportunity.
