Not good for a lower level executive or off-role candidate as you won't be treated as their own employee but they will take full advantage of your skill and situation. Pay less and work more. Where in case of on role employees and upper level executive, no work, high pay and no discrimination.

No work life balance and I had to sit alone for days. And they used to cut stipend if we were on leave even for 3 days in a month. Gave me work out of my field. Most of my fellow interns didn't want to return there.
