Promotion & growth is sometimes on the basis of tenure more than talent. Growth opportunities are not properly aligned to the right people. Also, the hiring of new talent needs restructuring as the new people sometimes don't seem fit for the company & it ends up in a messy situation for existing talent leading to overwork & unnecessary stress.

Frequent incremental and reduction in budget leads to movement of resources. Due to which employee’s have to start from 0 again and can’t justify their performance for appraisal. Less market adjustments and monetary rewards.

Work Details

Prior to pandemic there was monthly rotational shift which sometimes badly affected the health. Once the body gets used to with shifts, shift changes. So it’s pretty difficult to adapt. Post pandemic majority of the employees work from home.
