It's a stressful environment where collaboration is non-existent, and the competition is cutthroat. It’s a shame to see such a talented team wasted on political games. Morale is low, and it shows in our productivity.

Dislikes

I’ve seen better recruitment practices at much smaller companies. This place needs to step up their game. I can't stress enough how awful the management is; save yourself the trouble. This company thrives on fear and intimidation, making it impossible to enjoy your job.
