Management has no idea how to resolve conflicts or support their team. It’s frustrating.
Constantly underappreciated and overworked. No recognition for hard work whatsoever.

The disparity in pay at the same career levels is ridiculous. It feels like hard work goes unrecognized, which is incredibly disheartening.
You’ll witness a lot of lip service but no real change. It’s frustrating.
The company culture is non-existent. There are no team-building activities, and everyone keeps to themselves.
I joined with high hopes, but the reality is disappointing. There's no growth, and the management is unapproachable.
