Teammates r all as per level. Training Facility requires to be updated as per time needs. Job security is expected. Carrier growth is expected as time calls. Salary is to the point but appraisal is hardly. Travel planning to be updated as time needs. Living itself has become politics. L earning is enormously cupius. It is environmentally workfull or else. I joined HWP. Baroda in 1984 and retired on 31st March 2019. It's a total 35 yrs of working experience at different capacities i.e. asstt. Shift engg...shift in charge in process...deputy manager in process and tech. Service managing different aspects in process, tech service, fire service, PC n AL, library and training section etc. Overall life and work in specified plant was good enough and I say again I want to come back in HWP.
