Dislikes

The owners and trustees are local businesses predominantly hoseries and that is how they run the business. More like BCCI where it is a lootmaar situation except for the trustees who pay themselves exorbitant amounts monthly because of their contacts.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
