All team members of IT department had left when I joined. And the management simply lied to me about the team. and the terrible thing is that they were unable to pay the salary on time. Basically there was no happiness during my work period. Yes, the co-workers were really good and very cooperative with management, but the management people are like to stay in another world....Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
