Dislikes

They focus only on revenues. You have 40 leaves for whole year but they won’t allow you to take leaves so easily. There is no set working hour, expectation are like- you need to take calls whenever possible. Work-life balance is not promoted in the company.

Knowledge enhancement is good that’s the only good thing over here.

Dislikes

Almost everything. Targets are there even for the service coaches and that too nobody talks about the type of service you give. If you’re good at completing your target then only they’ll consider you otherwise they’ll keep you in PIP. TL’s are not bothered about your health and they just want you to be active everytime even on Sundays.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes.
