Pathetic work culture No work life balance 0 growth or learning They hire certified coaches for telemarketing job Absolutely 0 support from TLs, they are not even certified with basic certificate. Poor management with extreme level micro management. Agents are paid by coaches to provide quality leads from backhand and management is not bothered at all

Dislikes

No work life balance, salary deduction based on over all ratings, migration and refund etc. Every month is like a war for salary. No peace and they always set high revenue targets which keeps getting changed. They make you work like a robot with 1 day week off.

Work Details

I used to like the work culture. The work atmosphere currently is highly toxic. Revenue and target oriented. A coach is judged based on multiple parameters.
