Almost everything. There is no proper management, leave policy sucks. Everybody is micromanaging you. In the 9 hours of shift, we are working at least 8 hours and if you are working from home, it is worse since you can't even take restroom breaks properly. There is no job security at all and you can not even take an emergency leave,there is endless drama to get a leave approved.

Its a very good company and the product, work culture is amazing.
Mr Tushar Vashist who i look upto and me getting associated to Healthifyme is because of the inspiration that i got from the CEO.

The worst department to work for i would say, doesnt justify the title Customer Delight team, it is all because of the wrong decision and planning done by the middle level management which led to a huge attrition and specially the Manager of Customer Delight doesnt really deserve the position, i really think if he is removed people will stick arround and do the job and as well as people who left would be more than happy to come back, if he still continues to do the sane thing, i think te company would come to such a state where they would loose customers because the customer experience would go for a toss and which might leed to company’s closure...Read More
