No job security, no of , no leave for even new year, pongal, Christmas, no Sunday they are giving telemarketing job for dieticians and Nutritionist ... nothing related to nutrition they will give training... Detecting professional tax of 18 from the employee salary which denotes they are treating us like commission agents

Dislikes

Work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 15-16 hours straight in a day to attend calls and make diet charts. Being a nutritionist, I had to do sales too!! Unrealistic targets! In Healthifyme, an individual gets judged on how much revenue he/she has made for the company and not on the basis of knowledge. Good work apart from sales always go unnoticed.

no job security. getting sales is tough and the targets are too high, no motivation or help provided to improve performance, straight up threats to terminate. not even polite or empathetic when termination talks are held, no policies in favour of employee. terminated me in 3 weeks for low performance, nothing new to learn, work lifebalance is never maintained, exploiting employees to the last drop of blood and never appreciating them for their good points only bad is highlighted so the employee is left feeling unworthy. Middle tier management is extremely exploitative,manipulative, inconsiderate. In January you are made to work on sundays as well....Read More
